Located close to both airports with a shuttle bus that is affordable and runs regularly. Rooms are small in size with free wi-fi. They did advertise Foxtel TV but when I arrived it wasn't so. I did notice a lot of scuff marks on the walls in the room I stayed in. They need a good clean. There was no free water in the rooms. I had to purchase from the bar. The front desk person that checked me in at the time wasn't very receptive and I had to ask all the questions instead of being forthcoming and welcoming. Not a location to walk to any local shops therefore having to eat in house.

Struggling with language which said to be duty manager, friend or staff sitting on a trolly approached violently as there was misunderstanding happening instead of helping receptionist to understand the question. It’s simply because I believe my Arabian dresses gave them feeling I am tourist, without realising I am Australian for 36 years, before their birth.

Comfortable twin room right next to the domestic terminal - less than a five minute drive to the P3 parking! Staff were very helpful and friendly, the cocktails were delicious and the meal in the restaurant was lovely.

Makes it simple to fly out.

Nice and close to airport. We checked in drove to P2 parking dropped car off walked back to Mantra, couldn’t be simpler. Great room, had dinner and drinks in downstairs restaurant. Up in the morning walked to terminal. Highly recommend. Great position.

The reception staff were very impersonal only intent on processing not welcoming us. We booked a studio king room and arrived to find separate twin beds and only one towel for a couple. All walls in the room were badly marked and scraped. The room was noisy the entire night and breakfast was well below standard. Others now tell us to stay at the Pullman just down the road
